Golf With H.E.A.R.T.

Grab your clubs and let’s hit the green!  Don’t miss a great opportunity to have fun golfing with your friends for a great cause.  The Golf with H.E.A.R.T. Tournament will be held on the Sand Hill Farm Golf Course.  It is a beautiful, exclusive family-owned private golf course.  Many thanks to Mustang Cat and the Tucker Family for their hospitality in offering the course for this tournament!

Each player will receive an entry to the tournament, swags, and lunch.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Sand Hill Farm Golf Course consists of 12 holes and an 18-hole putting course. Each team will play 12 holes and the putting course.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

  • $10,000 PRESENTING SPONSOR: 2 foursome teams; 1 mulligan coupons, 2 raffle tickets & 1 goodie bag per player; social media post announcing the sponsorship; special recognition on event materials and during reception; present awards to winning teams with H.E.A.R.T. trainees; logo on tournament shirt; logo featured on tournament banner; logo recognition on H.E.A.R.T. website for the remainder of 2026; opportunity to place branded items in goodie bag.

  • $7,500 ACE SPONSOR: 1 foursome team; 1 mulligan coupons, 2 raffle tickets & 1 goodie bag per player; prominent recognition during event; logo displayed on tournament towel (or other item if multiple sponsors at this level); prominently displayed logo featured on tournament banner & webpage; opportunity to place branded items in goodie bag.
